Why We Do What We Do

TideLine Aquatics is based in Los Angeles, California, where access to water is everywhere, but water safety education often isn't due to lack of knowledge and resources.

Drowning remains one of the leading causes of accidental death in young children. Our mission is to reduce risk through calm, confidence-based instruction that helps swimmers feel safe, capable, and in control around water.

We exist to reduce risk through education, safety, and comfort-based instruction.

Everything We Do Is Guided By Three Core Principles:

Meet the Founder & CEO of TideLine Aquatics:
Otto Lowe Jr.

Coach Otto, originally from Dallas, Texas, has over six years of professional swim instruction and aquatic safety experience. Starting as a toddler, he pursued advanced swim training but chose not to compete. His early lifeguard role at Texas' largest indoor waterpark honed his skills in high-pressure environments. Since moving to Hollywood in 2021, he has focused on safety-first swim instruction, emphasizing comfort and skill development.
